Michelle practices in the field of labour, employment, and corporate commercial law. She thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her clients, and become a trusted advisor on complex legal issues. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Nova Scotia, the Federal Courts, and various administrative tribunals.

Michelle received her B.A (Hons), and Certificate in Public Administration (Municipal Government) from Cape Breton University, and her B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill’s Faculty of Law. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2018.

Michelle is a lecturer in Cape Breton University’s School of Arts and Social Sciences. She is the Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Talent Trust, and the Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design. She is also an advisory member of The Tompkins Institute.
