Born and raised in Charlottetown, Katie is a partner with the Charlottetown office of Cox & Palmer. She works with clients on buying and selling homes and businesses, estate planning, lender and insolvency matters. Katie has provided legal advice to businesses, lenders and various levels of government.

Katie’s diverse background and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders has taught her the value of relationships. She is an active listener who takes great pride in meeting her clients’ needs and ensuring the best possible outcomes with quality work and efficiency.

Prior to graduating from law school, Katie worked with the Government of Canada in Ottawa. Additionally, she worked internationally for a not-for-profit child rights organization.

Katie is active in a number of community and political organizations, including the Liberal Party of Prince Edward Island.
