
Geoffrey Penney is a Partner in Cox & Palmer’s St. John’s office. Geoffrey’s primary practice areas include civil litigation, condominium law, construction law, property development, contract law, and insurance law. He regularly advises individual and corporate clients and condominium boards on a variety of issues. He has represented clients at all levels of court within the Province and at various tribunals and commissions.
Geoffrey is the past National Executive President of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and past National Executive Chairman. He is also past President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter of CCI. Geoffrey has presented numerous condominium-related seminars and holds the designation of Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute (ACCI). He was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1999.
