Emma R. Goulden

Emma is an associate in our Business Law group. Her work includes business acquisitions (both asset and share purchases), financings, commercial real estate, and entertainment law. She provides services to developers, lenders, business owners and TV producers.

Emma has a BSc, MA, and law degree, as well as specialized certifications in Entertainment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and Criminal Law from Schulich School of Law. She also has familiarity with Immigration law. Emma brings a diverse professional background, having previously worked as an investigator, policy advisor in anti-money laundering, intelligence analyst, law enforcement officer, university educator, and entrepreneur.

Emma is driven, responsive to her clients, and works well under pressure. She has received multiple awards from employers, during law school, and for her work as a photographer—reflecting her dedication, versatility, and creativity across fields.
