Cox & Palmer’s Halifax Office Welcomes New Counsel, Anne McFarlane, TEP

We are pleased to announce that Anne McFarlane, a seasoned and accomplished estate planning & probate lawyer, has joined Cox & Palmer’s Halifax office as Counsel.

Anne was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2010 after completing degrees at Dalhousie University (BA, 2010 and JD, 2013). She earned her Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation in 2020. Anne brings with her a wealth of experience garnered over a career working with clients in both private practice and with a national trust company. Her practice focuses on estate law, including complex estate and trust planning and probate matters. She is also a part-time instructor at Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law, where she teaches both Elder Law and Family Law.
