National Indigenous Peoples Day

Today is National Indigenous Peoples Day. It is a day for the celebration of the contributions of Indigenous People. While we celebrate this year, we are of course reminded of the truths that must be confronted. The re-discovery of the mass burial site in Kamloops, BC, leaves all of us deeply troubled. On this day and those which follow, let us all resolve to listen, reflect and learn.
