John Keith, KC, Named Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America
Halifax lawyer, John Keith, QC, of the law firm Cox & Palmer, has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
Born in Montreal, Quebec and raised in Berwick, Nova Scotia, John was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 and the Nova Scotia Bar in 1999. During his illustrious litigation career, he has represented a wide variety of clients including large Canadian and international financial institutions, shareholders, and the provincial Crown. His practice covers administrative law, construction law, alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation, securities litigation, and financial services, banking & insolvency. John has achieved the highest “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2014, and has been recognized consistently as a leading practitioner by both the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and The Best Lawyers™ in Canada.
