Cox & Palmer’s Fredericton office is pleased to welcome J. William Cabel as counsel.
Bill has 35 years of experience in various practices such as civil litigation, family, corporate and commercial, real property, wills, estates, trusts and contracts.
During his career Bill has appeared in all levels of the Courts in New Brunswick as well as many Provincial Boards and Tribunals. Bill’s legal experience is highlighted by his involvement in numerous trials concerning real estate (boundary line disputes, quieting of titles, trespass actions), contracts, wrongful dismissal actions, (representing employers and employees), construction claims, wills, estates, commercial disputes, corporate matters, and personal injury.
