Halifax Welcomes New Partners

Cox & Palmer is pleased to announce that two lawyers from our business practice group, Jane Anderson and Marc Beaubien, have become partners in the Halifax office.

Jane Anderson has a broad corporate commercial law practice, with a focus on securities law. Beyond her legal practice, Jane is a mother of three children and currently teaches Securities Regulation at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.

Marc Beaubien’s practice focuses on assisting residential and commercial real property clients with acquisitions, leasing and financings. Marc’s community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of the Waegwoltic Club.
