Gregory A. Cann, KC, Appointed to the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island
Cox & Palmer is proud to share that Gregory A. Cann, QC, has been appointed a judge of the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island.
In addition to maintaining a busy and successful practice defending local, national and international insurers in complex litigation matters, Greg has been an exceptional partner and mentor within the firm. Greg has dedicated substantial time to the development of the firm’s students and associate lawyers, and to the growth of the firm’s expertise in defence insurance.
Greg has also been active within the management of the firm, as a long time member of the regional board of directors and recently as the chair of the management committee for PEI. His integrity and commitment to the firm’s positive and inclusive culture and to the highest standards of excellence in practice and client service made him a natural leader within the firm.
We are so proud of Greg and join him and his family in celebrating his appointment to the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island, a well-deserved achievement for an outstanding lawyer and colleague.
Cox & Palmer’s Prince Edward Island offices will continue to be led by the firm’s management committee, which includes Jeffrey Leard and Pamela Williams.
