The network was established in May 2013 and includes firms with offices in Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, and now Halifax, Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, St John’s and Charlottetown. Cox & Palmer is the first Atlantic Canadian firm to join.

CEO, Danny Gallivan says, “We value the perspective and strength that diverse teams bring to the table and believe that enhancing diversity and inclusion will facilitate the attraction and retention of top talent and strengthen client relationships. Membership in LFDIN supports our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and will allow us to work with and learn from our peers, with respect to recruitment, retention and advancement best practices.”
