Cox & Palmer Announces Five New Partners
It is with great pleasure that we announce five new partners of Cox & Palmer: Robin Aitken(Charlottetown), Sean Glover (Halifax), Nicholas Mott (Halifax), Talia Profit (Moncton), and Ezra van Gelder (Halifax).

Robin Aitken practices in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration and probate work, corporate and commercial transactions, and commercial and residential property. Robin is the Provincial Chair of the Canadian Bar Association, Wills, Estates and Trusts section.
Sean Glover’s practice is focused on banking & finance, tax, commercial and residential real estate, and mergers & acquisitions. He provides guidance to lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of commercial financing issues and advises small and medium sized businesses during all stages of the corporate life cycle.
Nicholas Mott focuses almost exclusively in the area of secured and unsecured debt recovery and enforcement and mortgage foreclosure, representing a range of major lending institutions, private lenders, credit unions, and individuals. Nick is also a registered Trade-Mark Agent.
Talia Profit conducts her bilingual practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, insurance, personal injury, property damage, medical malpractice, municipal liability and estate litigation. Talia has been involved with numerous boards and committees within the community, and has authored several articles which have been published in national insurance magazines.
Ezra van Gelder maintains a general litigation practice with a primary focus on commercial and construction litigation. Ezra has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia for clients ranging from home owners and small businesses to large construction firms, private and public institutions, and insurance and bonding companies.
