Announcing New Partners Rebecca Atkinson, Ryan Burgoyne & Daniel Stevenson.

January 1, 2015

It is with great pleasure we announce three of our associates are joining the New Brunswick Partnership of Cox & Palmer.

Our lawyers are involved with the community, attend educational seminars, sit on boards and continually develop their skills personally and as lawyers so they may build a strong relationship between Cox & Palmer and our clients. Our partners are mentors for the associates and students at law so we couldn’t be happier to expand the partnership with these great people.

In our Saint John office Rebecca Atkinson joins the partnership. Rebecca is the chair of the New Brunswick Articling and Summer Student Committee and has a strong litigation, banking and insolvency practice. Rebecca has been a competitive curler for many years and continues to compete at the Provincial and National level while maintaining a busy legal practice and volunteering with various organizations in the community.

Ryan Burgoyne graduated from the University of New Brunswick and is a member of our litigation team and has extensive experience assisting clients in all aspects of insurance, municipal and environmental law. Ryan works from our Fredericton office and in his spare time is a hockey coach, enjoys spending time outdoors and with his wife and daughters.

Our Fredericton office also welcomes Daniel Stevenson to the partnership. Dan is a knowledgeable and practical member of our corporate, commercial and tax law teams. Dan practices in both official languages, is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and regularly presents to the business community on the areas of corporate, commercial, tax and trusts. When he is not working, Dan coaches minor hockey and enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys.

Congratulations Rebecca, Ryan and Dan!
