David MacNeil

David MacNeil is the Chief Technology Officer at Cox & Palmer in Halifax, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy and innovation initiatives. With a deep understanding of both technology and the legal industry, his focus is primarily aimed at achieving operational efficiency. His objective is to continuously innovate and implement new technologies and processes to optimize our delivery of legal services.

With over 24 years of experience in the technology sector and the legal industry, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Cox & Palmer.  He holds a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from St. Francis Xavier University and has pursued ongoing education in Change Management, Legal Project Management, Legal Process Improvement, and e-Discovery.
