Stephen J. May, KC, Appointed as Queen’s Counsel
Cox & Palmer is pleased to congratulate Stephen J. May, QC, on his appointment as Queen’s Counsel.
Queen’s Counsel appointments are awarded each year to a select group of lawyers for their outstanding service, dedication and commitment to the legal profession. This appointment recognizes Stephen’s professional integrity, hard work ethic, and the high regard in which he is held by the profession.
In addition to this most recent honour, Stephen is also consistently recognized as a leading practitioner in Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Benchmark Canada Guide, and the publication Best Lawyers in Canada.
Stephen has served on various community boards that benefit the legal profession, including the Canadian Lawyer’s Insurance Association, where he served as a member (2007-2016), and Chair of the Board (2014-2016).
