Cox & Palmer Welcomes International Counsel
Carol Patterson has joined the Halifax office of Cox & Palmer as Counsel. Carol developed an international practice in corporate M&A, mining and cross-border expansion into Russia during her 20 years experience in the Moscow office of a major global firm.

Patterson has had an extensive legal career. A graduate of Dalhousie Law School, Carol was called to the bars of 3 provinces and built a successful insolvency practice in Toronto. She then joined a large global firm in to participate in the development of its Moscow office. Throughout her 20 years with the firm she rose to the position of managing partner and assisted in the growth of the original Moscow office to five offices throughout Russia and former Soviet republics.
