Our Halifax Employment & Labour Group is Growing

July 2, 2014

Our clients’ needs are growing and changing – and so are we. The addition of the litigation “firepower” provided by Jocelyn Campbell Q.C. and the enthusiastic contributions of our new associate, James Green, keep us relevant and increase our ability to provide timely responses to managers and owners responsible for managing workplace issues.

Jocelyn Campbell, a partner at Cox & Palmer, has a successful 25 year history of trial and advocacy work before a wide array of Courts, tribunals and administrative decision makers. When an issue requires resolution by a third party, Jocelyn can be counted on to reflect her client’s position in a fashion that gains the attention of the decision maker.

James Green articled with our firm and throughout that time learned about our clients and our practice. He graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and is excited to embark on his career in employment & labour law. James also gained valuable experience as a volunteer with the Center for Law and Democracy, an organization working to promote, protect and develop human rights which form the foundation of democracy.

Our new team members bring energy and experience, enriching the services we offer and benefitting our clients.
