Stewart Hayne Named 2013 Lexpert® Rising Star
HALIFAX (November 5, 2013) – Cox & Palmer, a full-service law firm in the Atlantic region, announced today that Stewart Hayne, a Partner in the Halifax office, has been honoured as a “Rising Star: Leading Lawyer Under 40” by the national publication Lexpert® Magazine. Stewart was formally recognized on November 4 at the annual Rising Stars Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation in Toronto.
Stewart practices in the area of intellectual property litigation. He is a registered Trade-mark agent and a patent agent for both Canada and the United States. Through his unique skill set, Stewart assists clients with IP licensing, transactions and development agreements as well as issues arising out of US government funding and defence transactions. He has a proven record of success that is applauded by his clients and colleagues alike.
