John D. Townsend, KC, Elected Managing Partner
Cox & Palmer wishes to announce that John D. Townsend, QC, has been elected Managing Partner of our Fredericton office.
John is a prominent litigation lawyer and acts on a broad range of cases, including professional matters, corporate and commercial litigation, tax litigation, administrative law, banking, real property and expropriation matters. Not only is John committed to the interests of the firm and our clients, he has been dedicated to the community by volunteering and representing a number of not-for-profit organizations.
John brings a wealth of experience to the role, as well as demonstrated leadership in continuing our mandate of excellent client service. John joins the firm’s New Brunswick management team comprised of Peter R. Forestell, QC, NB Managing Partner; Rick F.T. Nesbitt, Moncton Managing Partner; and Gregory Machum, Chief Operating Officer.
