Cox & Palmer Congratulates Memorial University Innovation Challenge Winners
Cox & Palmer congratulates student entrepreneurs Adam Puddicombe and Chris Dunne owners of Rock Solid Design, a web design and services company, for being crowned winner of the 4th Annual SIFE Memorial Innovation Challenge.
The Innovation Challenge, sponsored by Cox & Palmer, saw students take to the stage and pitch their business ideas in a “Dragon’s Den” style competition to a panel of judges, which included St. John’s partner Anna Cook and others from the business community. Challenge winners received the firm’s contribution of $2,500 for start-up capital along with free office space in Launch Pad, SIFE Memorial’s award winning entrepreneurial incubation centre on campus, and mentorship from the Launch Pad’s advisory board.
