Michael F. Donovan, KC, Joins Halifax Office

Cox & Palmer is pleased to welcome Michael F. Donovan, QC, who joins the firm as counsel. Over a 32-year career as a litigator and director of civil litigation with the Federal Department of Justice Atlantic Regional Office in Halifax, Michael has gained extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation and other forms of dispute resolution.
In his new role as counsel, Michael will be building an active litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice. His practice will focus particularly on administrative law; and, commercial, environmental and fisheries and marine disputes.
