Jenicca L. Jean

Jenicca is an associate in our Fredericton office developing a general corporate commercial practice. She is a graduate of McGill University and holds both a common law degree and a civil law degree. After articling with the firm, Jenicca was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2025.

She enjoys assisting New Brunswick business owners and professionals with a range of matters, including the purchase, sale, and reorganization of corporations, real estate transactions and corporate governance. Jenicca is a Class 3 Trademark Agent in Training (2024).

Prior to attending law school, Jenicca attended St. Thomas University where she received a Bachelor of Arts, honouring in Criminology and majoring in Psychology. During her undergraduate degree, Jenicca played on the women’s varsity volleyball team and was recognized as having the highest standing in her Criminology program.

Outside of the office, Jenicca enjoys staying active, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
