Alexandre Robert is an associate lawyer in Cox & Palmer’s Moncton office. Originally hailing from Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley, Alexandre moved to New Brunswick in 2017 to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Political Science at the Université de Moncton, which he earned in 2021.
During his undergraduate studies, Alexandre’s interest in politics and the criminal justice system naturally evolved into a passion for the law, prompting him to enroll in the Université de Moncton Faculty of Law in the fall of 2021.
In 2022, he joined Cox & Palmer as a summer student, gaining experience in a variety of areas of law, including corporate/commercial, construction and personal-injury litigation. In 2023, he completed a project with the Société de l’Acadie du Nouveau-Brunswick promoting linguistic-rights awareness among francophone newcomers. In 2024 he represented the Université de Moncton at the Charles-Rousseau International Law Moot-Court Competition in Brussels.
Alexandre received a Juris Doctor from the Université de Moncton in 2024 and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2025 having completed his articles with Cox & Palmer. He now maintains a developing practice with a focus on various areas of dispute resolution, including commercial disputes, construction litigation, contractual claims, real estate and property disputes and more.
Alexandre is driven by meticulous preparation, clear communication, and practical results. Clients and colleagues alike value his analytical approach to dispute resolution and his commitment to delivering efficient, business-minded solutions.
