BIO
Harper is an associate in the Saint John office of Cox & Palmer. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) from the University of New Brunswick in 2021. Harper obtained her law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2024 and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2025.
Harper currently maintains a general legal practice with an emphasis on commercial litigation.
