Gareth Briden

Gareth is a corporate associate in the Fredericton office of Cox & Palmer.  His extensive experience covers a range of practice areas including corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, debt financings, commercial real estate transactions, and franchise operations.

After spending a few years in private practice with Cox & Palmer following his call to the bar, Gareth served as in-house counsel for a large New Brunswick corporate group for more than two years.  In 2024, Gareth returned to Cox & Palmer in Fredericton.  Gareth’s experience in both the in-house and private practice contexts has equipped him with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset when advising his clients.
